Three-Axis Laser Micrometers

Ideal for round and elliptical products.

Your choice for the best average diameter and estimated ovality. With Triton™ performance, you can confidently measure and manufacture round products to yield better quality with higher efficiency. With three axes of diameter measurement, Triton micrometers provide as much as 10x more precise average diameter for round and elliptical products.

Lump & Neckdown Detection

While FlawSense™ technology is the ultimate in surface defect detection, three-axis Triton micrometers are ideal for less demanding lump & neckdown applications.

Our Technology

Get continual measurement of critical dimensions of your product using laser technology for precision and speed, without touching your product. Non-contact means no risk of damaging your product and no limitation to your rate of production.

Our micrometers work across all materials and colors, including transparent products like glass and clear plastics. They are designed to support incoming inspection, in-process measurement and control, and post-process verification.

Get the most complete solution on the market.

Measurement, transformed.
With the Total Vu™ HMI, measurement data is transformed into operator visuals, analytics, assured quality with supporting documentation, and Enterprise knowledge.
Seamless Integration.
Accessories ensure success, including mounting stands (adjustable and mobile options), roller guides to position the product for optimal measurement, and a mobile all-in-one inspection center.

One & Two-Axis Laser Micrometers

Great value for your tasks.

Axion™ single-axis and dual-axis laser micrometers from LaserLinc offer all of the benefits of the Triton series, with the value and performance suitable for less critical round extrusions.

Axion dual-axis (also called dual-plane) laser micrometers are ideal for rectangular shapes since the two axes are perpendicular to each other for simultaneous measurement of both profile dimensions.

Axion micrometers are perfect for quality assurance in multi-strand applications such as monofilament and certain magnet wire processes.

Axion single-axis (also called single-plane) micrometers designed with separate transmitter and receiver components are ideal for measurement of hot products such as metals and glass, and in installations where it isn’t possible to position any other laser micrometer form factor.

Application flexibility that delivers reliable measurements.

Flexibility
Axion laser micrometers are an excellent solution for a variety of applications such as non-round profiles, multi-strand manufacturing (e.g., monofilament), and hot products.
Value
Axion micrometers provide many of the proven benefits of the Triton series at a lower cost. Designed for a wide range of applications, they balance reliable performance with economical investment.
